If you are invited for an interview, please take the time for a conversation with us. We would like to get an accurate and authentic impression of you while also introducing ourselves. The application process is structured as follows:

During the job interview:

• You will get to know the job role and have the opportunity to present your skills and strengths.
• Each interview is individualized – we want to get to know you as you truly are.
• We will ask about your professional goals and would like to understand the direction in which you want to develop your career.
• We will describe our work environment and discuss employment conditions.
• If we mutually agree that an employment opportunity is possible, we will invite you to a trial day with us.

The purpose of the trial day you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our office, observe our work, and get a firsthand look at what we do and how we operate. During a coffee break, you can chat with your future colleagues to get an even better sense of our work culture. At the end of the day, we will determine together how to proceed in case of employment or an internship.

On your first working day you will be warmly welcomed to the convex team! From your first day, you will have a personal mentor for two weeks, who will explain all organizational matters, introduce you to our quality management system, help you integrate into the team, and answer any questions you may have.
