Our company culture

Effective internal communication is essential to us. Every day, we set aside fifteen minutes for a shared coffee break. In our weekly department meetings, team leaders share work plans for the upcoming week. During quarterly team meetings (using the lean coffee method), we discuss and clarify topics related to our collaboration. In our monthly “Baby Snack” meetings, we replace the coffee break with a session dedicated to staying in touch with employees on parental leave. Our convex+ channel in MS Teams keeps all employees across different locations informed about key company updates.

Looking for new horizons
With completed projects in over 35 countries, we travel extensively and encourage you—if you wish—to explore the countries you visit.

We organize annual company trips, often combined with site visits to one of our ongoing projects. In recent years, we have traveled to the Ruhr Valley (2014), Malta (2015), Bavaria (2016), Trieste (2018), and Bratislava (2019). We are also active in sports and outdoor activities, such as rafting on the Saalach River (2017), participating in tournaments, and running city marathons. We offer numerous opportunities to broaden your horizons, connect with colleagues in a different setting, and strengthen our team spirit.
